THE 2003 JOHANNESBURG DECLARATION DEMANDed REPARATIONS From palestinians to BLACK AFRICA. IT'S GONE MISSING.

The United Nations 2001 World Conference Against Racism in Durban, South Africa, refused to address an African calamity: A thousand years of racist Arab enslavement that yet persisted in Mauritanian and Sudan.

A group of African academics sought to fix that. The Centre for Advanced Studies of African Society and the Drammeh Institute of New York organized a follow-up conference two years later in Johannesburg.

There, they issued a historic Declaration. It read, in part:

WE ACCUSE Arab societies of historical and continuing crimes committed against African boys subjected to forced castration (of which the survival rate has been one in ten), to create a eunuch class. 

WE ACCUSE Arab societies of the historical and continued taking into slavery of young girls to serve as sex slaves to their masters…

WE ACCUSE Arab societies...of genocide against Africans… 

And then, all references to the Declaration bizarrely disappeared. 

Today, no government entity nor NGO refers to this groundbreaking work. The Johannesburg Declaration has been wiped from every website, including UN archives. Its sole remaining record is a book on the Conference, printed in Cape Town in 2005: Reflections on Arab-Led Slavery of Africans. It is out of print.
